• inconsistency

-(only for japanese document) add button to change settings for 公用文.
-add button to set most frequent (最頻) against all the inconsistency rules

• Definition list Window -export definition list as Word file.

• fix columns of the definition list window and exported files.

• for Japanese doc, we can delete a section by
  -　click on the section we want to delete
  -　right click to open the context menu and select the delete command.

Significant improvements

• Section shift

-We support section shifting for the document that have both list style section and non list style section.

Bug fixes

• fix a bug when the bottom row of Definition List, Comment List is clicked

• fix a bug where there are multiple section references lined up together

• fix a few bug that might make the program crash when opening proofread

• fix missing and inaccurate clause number in proofread window
